The small print...

Personal items and artwork on a course or workshop: I cannot be held responsible or liable for items including personal effects, art equipment, materials and artwork, if they are stolen, used without consent, lost or broken. Please look after your personal belongings, equipment and artworks when in class.

Bookings at other venues: I cannot be held responsible or liable for anything (personal items, artwork, equipment, lodgings, food, room etc) in relation to a booking you have made with another venue where I am teaching. Please contact the workshop organiser directly. 
 

Booking confirmation: An online booking for a workshop/course is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. If payment is not received or bounces back, Jackie Isard has the right to cancel your place with immediate effect.
 

Saturday sessions: These sessions are run only if the number of students is a minimum of 4. If less than 4 are able to attend, the session will be cancelled. Please make sure you let Jackie Isard know via email or the student Whatsapp group if you are unable to attend. 
 

Cancellations - workshops:

You can reschedule your booking to another workshop if places are available, but unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds unless I can fill your place. If you cannot attend for any reason, please contact me with at least 24 hours or more notice, so I can try to fill your place.

Jackie Isard reserves the right to cancel a workshop if students drop out prior to the workshop starting and numbers are too reduced. In this situation, you can reschedule your booking to another workshop within the same year or the following year. Jackie will do her best to reschedule the said workshop to a later date and offer this to the students who booked. If for some reason you cannot attend the amended dates, you may reschedule your booking to another workshop featured within the same year or the year after.
 

Health and safety: All students and tutors must adhere to the Health and Safety guidelines for Brackenwood Plant & Garden Centre. Should you hear a fire alarm, you must all go to the meeting point in the top car park.
 

Dispute Resolution: Should a dispute occur between students or with your tutor Jackie Isard, this will be resolved in writing via email by both parties in accordance with English law.

Any reproducing of artwork or text for personal blogs, powerpoints, zoom meetings, course notes or otherwise, must only be used with the express permission of Jackie Isard in writing. Copying or using material on this website is strictly forbidden and will be pursued (infringer or company) by UK Copyright Law.
